Leaving out, or thinking you have enough of a daily water intake is a big problem/ misconception.  The average person alone should be drinking 3 liters of water a day.  More active?  well, you do the math!  I have noticed kids today still say 8 glasses of water a day.  What is the measurement for 8 glasses?  We can go on and on with the added sugar and portions that are added to diets throughout society but WATER is the KEY to heping fix all nutritional walls!
